Travel by Road in Kenya
Car Travel in Kenya:
Traffic drives on the left. Most towns can be reached by an adequate system of roads.
Driving Licence & vehicle documents must be carried at all times and you will need to bring your own national driving licence if planning to drive in Kenya.
Self-drive and chauffeur-driven cars can be hired from a range of travel agents in Malindi, Mombasa and Nairobi.
Travel by Bus in Kenya: All bus companies are privately run and the buses run regularly between most cities and towns. Inter border bus services are available for Uganda, Tanzania and Ethiopia.
